Apple has released its new sleep monitor for $ 150. Apple launched this first tracker after buying bett in 2017. Apple has written on its website that this new sleep monitor is extremely thin, flattened, and with a soft two-millimeter thin sensor band, which can automatically detect sleep. It works on both the iPhone and Apple Watch with the Bett Aid, and helps in measuring, managing and improving sleep.
